Finished Components

We offer the manufacturing and assembly of complete furniture components. This includes the production of frames for various applications such as door frames and furniture fronts. All frames are offered with finished edges and drilled to fit hinges and other hardware. The base material for any component is chipboard or MDFwhich is coated with PVC foil, PP foil or decor paper.

Our range of finished components comprises the following:

Door Frames and Furniture Fronts	with or without glass, with finished edges, blunt or mitred connections
Cutlery Inserts	from MDF or chipboard, coated with PVC foil or paper
Complete Drawers	incl. bottom and drawer fronts for immediate installation
